Terms of Service

By installing the Maps Lead Scraper Chrome Extension or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not make a purchase.

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Maps Lead Scraper Pro Extension on up to 5 devices. The free plan grants usage subject to the 50-lead-per-day limit.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software or your license key
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the licensing system
• Share your license key publicly or with more than 5 devices

You may use Maps Lead Scraper for lawful business purposes including lead generation, market research, and sales prospecting. You must comply with the terms of service of any website you scrape (including Google Maps, Yelp, and YellowPages).

You may not use the extension to:

• Collect data for spam campaigns, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Violate GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable privacy laws
• Overload or attack third-party websites
• Scrape personal data for purposes that individuals would reasonably object to

The Extension depends on the DOM structure of third-party websites. We do not guarantee that scraping will work at all times. Google, Yelp, and YellowPages may change their interfaces at any time, which could temporarily break the extension. We will endeavour to release updates promptly.

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scraped data will be accurate. Your use of the extension and the data it collects is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license (maximum $4.99 / ₹299). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to revoke your license if we determine you are using the extension in violation of these terms. No refund will be issued in cases of abuse.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
